Eric has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He is an owner/investor in numerous GTAH land development projects comprising a pipeline of approx. 2500 homes. Eric has a record of successful joint ventures with leading developers and builders. He is responsible for managing investments, execution of projects and structuring strategic partnerships.

William Lewis

Co-Founder, Vice-President

William specializes in off-market land acquisition within the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area and is invested in multiple land development projects. William has negotiated and brokered over $350 million of development sites. He is responsible for site sourcing, strategy, acquisition analysis, negotiations, partnership relations.

Director of Business Analytics

Will is a trained mathematician. Will applies his expertise in financial analysis, pro forma modeling, and investor relations to drive strategic real estate investments.
